Vacation -
Length of Service as of October 1:
1-2 years - One (1) week vacation in the fiscal year
2-4 years - Two (2) weeks of vacation in the fiscal year
5-7 years - Three (3) weeks of vacation in the fiscal year
More than 7 years - Four (4) weeks of vacation in the fiscal year

Holidays - The Journal Times observes six holidays annually. They are: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
